Reporting directly to the Executive Directors, you will play the lead role in the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting, budgeting and projections of the company, as well as the interaction with portfolio companies and investors. Due to continued development in their operations, our client has asked us to source suitable candidates for the role of Head of Accounting. The company is a leading light in investment banking in the region and seeks a well-qualified Arabic speaker to join their growing finance team.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department and will report to the Finance Director. You will assist with internal management reporting and analytical reporting. The role, based in Dubai, will require regional travel for up to 50% of the working month. You will work as part of a small team to ensure risk minimisation and compliance for the various regional entities of the company.
To be considered for the role you will be ACA, CPA or ACCA qualified and will have 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
